EXTINGUISHER MAINTENANCE
We tailor our service maintenance packages to suit our clients needs. Annual maintenance is the norm, but in certain high risk premises, bi-annual checks are required. It is the responsibility of all our customers to carry our regular visual inspections between our service visits.
Our service engineers will make prior appointments to visit your premises, carry out the maintenance, and leave you with a signed Certificate of Inspection.
FULLY COMPREHENSIVE:
A single unit price for all extinguisher and includes attendance, maintenance and all refills if used on a fire, minor spare parts. Excludes test and renovate of Carbon Dioxide extinguishers and OEM factory sealed extinguishers.
PAID SERVICE:
Includes a charge for attendance, service per extinguisher and ancillary products. Refills, and spares used on individual extinguishers (as required by BS) carry an additional charge.
National accounts are centrally managed at our Norwich Head Office with our regional branches and depots encouraged to foster strong links within their local economies providing a truly comprehensive national coverage with local presence.
Our Service Level Agreement defines the parameters of our service provision and constitutes a contract between U.K. Fire International Ltd and its customers. Key performance indicators and measurable standards are associated with the agreed services and include acceptable and unacceptable service levels; the liabilities of both parties; and the required action to be taken in all circumstances.
Key performance indicators are monitored by our database at branch level, where we track and compile all data specific to the contract; monitor the flow of work to a successful conclusion, within the specified timescales set out in the service level agreement; and comply with our client’s preferred reporting format.
U.K. Fire aims to seek 100% call out and service delivery; when this is not achieved it is generally as a result of restricted access.
Annual servicing is compliant with current British Standards by qualified BAFE registered engineers.
